Fixed Container Spreader
overview
Fixed container spreader is also called integral container spreader, which can only load and unload containers of one specification. It has no special power device, and the ratchet mechanism is driven to rotate by the ratchet mechanism through the lifting of the wire rope, so as to realize the automatic opening and closing of the lock pin by the mechanical movement of the wire rope. This kind of spreader is simple in structure, light in weight.

●The spreader twistlocks change their position when the upper slings performs a complete upward elevation movement, and only when all landing pins are completely introduced.
●Equipped with the torque limitation sytem to prevent locking twislocks in blocked ISO corners, and protect transmissions from overstrain.
●The maintenance of this equipment is very easy, and they are supplied with a complete set of usage and maintenance intructions.
